Maruti Suzuki sets new production record in 2025

Maruti Suzuki India recorded its highest-ever annual production in 2025, manufacturing 2.255 million vehicles during the year. This marked an increase of more than 9 percent compared to the previous year, highlighting strong demand across its product range.

The production figure includes vehicles meant for the domestic market, exports, and supplies to other manufacturers. The company said the milestone reflects improved operational efficiency and steady market conditions.

Popular models such as Swift, Baleno, Dzire, Ertiga and Fronx contributed significantly to the overall output, continuing to attract buyers across segments.

Maruti Suzuki credited its employees and supplier partners for supporting the production scale-up, noting that higher localisation levels helped maintain quality while expanding capacity.
