The Rajasthan government has announced financial support for 403 startups in Jaipur, aiming to strengthen the state’s growing entrepreneurial ecosystem. The initiative includes ₹11.45 crore in viability gap funding, targeted at early-stage ventures facing financial constraints.
The startups were selected after evaluation through the state-run Bhamashah Techno Hub, with funding distributed across sectors such as technology, manufacturing, services, and social enterprises. The move is expected to boost innovation, generate employment, and support sustainable business growth.
Alongside this, the government also distributed skill development certificates to over 9,400 youth, highlighting its focus on bridging the gap between education and employability. The funding initiative is part of broader efforts to promote entrepreneurship and position youth as job creators rather than job seekers.
